This was truly an ugly duckling, but in six weeks we made it unrecognisable! The new tenants couldn't believe the transformation! This heritage property was completed gutted, restored exteriorly and renovated interiorly to suit the new commercial tenants.

7B Page St — 2005
Despite the challenges on this site such as the five meter drop from one corner to the other, we turned it into one of the biggest and most attractive duplexes in the area at the time. Fetching a record price at sale time.
22 Dorothy Street duplexes — 2015
Another challenging site. It had an irregular shape and a steep fall. After much planning and designing we built stunning duplexes that even years after, look stunning, new and fresh.
